Looking for an alternative to a New Years resolution you're going to break? Try a New Years bucket list instead! A New Years bucket list is 100 things you aim to do in the new year. They can be big, small, or somewhere in between! They can be easy, joy filled, scary, intimidating, silly, sentimental, or practical. The items you put on your list are 100% customizable to you!
This exercise is meant to be fun and a way for you to add more joy to your new year and challenge you to step out of your comfort zones. When picking your 100 things, try to think of things you'll reasonably be able to accomplish in the new year (if you're highly allergic to cats, maybe volunteering at a pet shelter is not a great one for you), but don't be afraid to throw a few what feels like long shots on there! You never know what the new year may bring! Try to be specific, rather than say "I want to do more..." try and quantify more so by the end of the year you can see if "more" was accomplished (don't worry it's not always possible). Some thing you will be able to accomplish in a day or two, whereas others will take you all year to do, thats okay! Growth and new adventures don't happen over night!
If you love this idea but have no clue where to start, keep reading! Bellow are my "100 things for 2023" for inspiration and if you're ready to go and already have a list of 101 you want to do in the new year than click here for a downloadable page to write your bucket list on!
